Who we are

This policy covers the Eagle Communities website: what it collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Eagle Communities Realty Affordable Housing LLC operates the website.

What you send us

The site collects personal information only when you fill in one of its forms. The resident form asks for your name, email address and phone number, which community you're interested in, your price range and when you're looking to move. The general contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and message. The investor form asks for your name, firm, email address, phone number and message, and whether you'd like the mutual NDA.

We use what you send to reply to you. Each submission reaches our team as an email, and the website keeps no copy of it.

Investor enquiries are handled by Lexcraft Advisors, who manage investor relations for us. If you ask for the mutual NDA, it is sent to you through Juniper Square, which hosts our investor portal and has its own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and to see how far people read, which sections they spend time on, which buttons they press, how much of the community film plays, and whether a form was sent and which options were picked from its lists. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this. Nothing you type into a form is ever sent to it.

Google Analytics runs only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not load Google Analytics at all, even if you choose "Accept".

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, so they can do the work described there.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we'll say so at the top of the page.
